    That is a great question. Realistically, you want to make sure that you research the university quite a bit. Showcasing that you took the time to understand the values of the university or it's mission statement might better help you align your answers to the overall culture of the environment. I also recommended coming with questions of your own. But not generic ones, really thought out ones. An interview is a two way street. You are interviewing the employer as much as they are interviewing you.
