Northern Michigan University managers and administrators lead the implementation of programs and strategies, foster the growth and development of employees, and build relationships across campus and with external partners for the success of the University. Coaches mentor student athletes to reach their full potential both in the classroom and in their sport.
Police command officers (COAM)
Northern Michigan University Police Department supervisory positions work to ensure that the NMU campus is a safe and orderly place to live, learn, work and visit. Northern Michigan University's Public Safety Institute offers resources in the community in law enforcement training, a police academy, MCOLES testing, and local corrections testing.
