Work Schedule: Traditionally Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Salary: Hourly rate: $15.85
Travel: No travel
Brief Statement of Duties: Responsible for providing routine clerical and administrative assistance for the department to include document and form preparation, inventory maintenance, and record maintenance.
Required Education: High School Graduation or Equivalent

Required Minimum Work Experience: Three years' progressive office work experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:
Ability to accurately and efficiently operate department equipment to include any combination of word processing, spreadsheet, database, email or web-based applications.
Ability to learn new software programs in timely manner.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Knowledge of University policies and procedures.
