Position Title: Business, Information Assurance, Cyber Defense/Assistant Professor/Tenure Track

Brief Statement of Duties: Teach a variety of undergraduate and/or graduate classes in multiple delivery formats in the Information Assurance, Cyber Defense, and/or Business program. Other responsibilities include student mentoring, program development, outcomes assessment, recruitment, service and outreach activities associated with Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) designation. The College of Business is also accredited by AACSB, compliance and engagement activities are expected. This is a campus based position. This position is not currently available for sponsorship.
Required Education: Doctorate or equivalent terminal degree
Discipline/Degree Area: Information Assurance/Cyberdefense, Computer Science or related field
Required Specialized Training/Certifications: Applicants for appointment at the Assistant Professor rank must have a doctorate in Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a highly related field from an accredited institution. The candidate must be qualified according to current AACSB standards.
Required Minimum Work Experience: Background in information assurance, cyber security, and/or networking.

Commitment to undergraduate education and demonstration of excellence in teaching undergraduate students.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
Newtork/Security certifications.
University-level teaching experience in cyber security or related subjects is highly desired, as is professional experience securing data and networks.
